Logging in to Apple TV app on my home TV - Error Message

When I try to log into Apple TV on my home tv I am getting a box pop up saying, ‘Confirmation Error. You must confirm your current apple account’. I have tried several times but keep getting in the same loop. Any ideas? Thanks!
