How to resolve Peacock Premium Plus login issue on Apple TV?
I signed up for peacock premium plus in the apple tv app. Now, when I try to watch any video from peacock, it redirects to the peacock app, asking me to log in. I don't have a login password, so I try the reset password link (which is an absolute joke of a ux. what garbage developers actually greenlit this horrific onboarding experience???). The thing is, I get NO PASSWORD RESET EMAIL. EVER!!! I've retried it 50 times today, thinking it might be a delay in consistency between user pools. It's not. It's just broken, and I'm being charged for content I cannot access in any way.
This is defrauding customers.
How does this get fixed??
