You should be able to click on your icon at the top right of the forum, preference and disable all the notifications.

Option A — Unsubscribe directly from the email

At the bottom of any Apple Support Communities email, click:

👉 “Stop receiving notifications about this question”

or

👉 “Unsubscribe from all notifications”

This works instantly.
