I recently purchased an Apple TV 4K that came with an offer for two months free Apple Music for new and returning subscribers from Best Buy. I am not currently subscribed so I would be considered a returning subscriber. When I clicked on the redeem button, it said I was not eligible. How am I not eligible if I’m not a current subscriber? Please advise.

Make sure you are logged into the correct Apple ID
On iPhone:
Settings → Apple ID → Name → iCloud
Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases → View Account
Both should be the SAME Apple ID.
Try redeeming again.
