Hi,

To import iPhone contacts to a Mac running macOS Catalina, the easiest way is to use iCloud by enabling Contacts sync in iCloud settings on both devices, though alternatively, you can use Finder or iTunes with a USB cable for a wired sync by selecting "Sync Contacts" in the device's Info tab after connecting, or export contacts as a vCard from iCloud.com and import into the Mac Contacts app.
