YouTube videos freeze on MacBook after 1 minute

YouTube won't load after a minute of playing on my MacBook. I was trying to watch YouTube on my MacBook but after 1min, the vid freezes. I've tested my wifi and that's not the issue as it works on every device, including other apps on my MacBook. ice removed my adblocker, turned off bluetooth, cleared the cookies on safari, restarted my MacBook and updated it too but im still having this problem. YouTube also isn the problem as it works on my other devices, so im so confused as to what to do now
