Apple Arcade double charge, one purchase missing

Hi i have a problem and idk who to contact for it

I went to get apple arcade and the first time it showed an error but it still removed the money from my account balance

So the second time it worked but it removed money from the account balance AGAIN

The first attemt dose not show in my purchase history so now i dont know who to contact about the issue
