Audio tracks sound wobbly after adding more tracks in Logic Pro

My audio/Guitar tracks sound fine when originally recorded the sound wobbly hear and there after adding a few more audio tracks. Is there a reason or a fix for this? (Logic Pro 11/Sequoia 15.7.2)

D.I. Johnson points into the right direction. I would like to be more precise. Flex is not only enabled by the Track Flex button on Track Natural Strum and Ac Lead. It's also enabled on Amazing Tweeds by activating Quantize in the Region Inspector. The Flex View button at the top only enables the view but has no effect on Flex.

In the following screenshot all red markings have effect on Flex, while the green markings only enable the view:

By chance do you have the Mastering plug-in enabled on the Stereo Out mixer channel?

If so, bypass it or disable it by turning it off and check your audio again.

I had been experiencing a similar audio artifact some months ago and, iirc, decided it was somehow related to that plug-in. I seem to recall that when I started to get that problem (sounds like buffering/stuttering to me), if I reanalyze the project in the Mastering plug-in, the problem would disappear. I haven't experienced the issue lately since I changed my workflow.

Mind you I may be completely misremembering my situation. I've had a lot of birthdays! 🤣

It sounds funny... ok, this isn't the answer you are looking for.

  1. Is it always on the same spot(s)?
  2. Are there any plugins in the track/Channelstrip/Stereo Out? Which plugins?
  3. Is this a software instrument or audio?
  4. Are you receiving any midi messages from faulty controllers? (you can check this with https://www.snoize.com/MIDIMonitor/
  5. Do you have Flex Pitch enabled?
  6. Do you have VariSpeed enabled?
  7. Do you have Tempo or Transposition enabled in Global Tracks?
  8. Do you have any automation in your track?
  9. Create a ScreenShot with the Git-Track selected, Automation, Region Inspector, Track Inspector, Global Tracks (Tempo/Transpose) visible AND VariSpeed and Tempo Mode visible in the Transport Window like this one:
