iPhone Screen Time shows uninstalled apps with usage

I have apps showing in my screen time that are not installed on my iPhone. I’ve downloaded the app and deleted it. But it still shows as an app in the screen time menu. Concerningly, one app that was not installed showed a few minutes of use. Despite it not being installed. What’s the fix for this? Example image, none of these apps are installed on my device.

Do you have Share Across Devices turned on at Settings > Screen Time > Share Across Devices?

I don't know if you have any other devices sharing the same Apple Account, but you can download an app on your device and it will also appear on the other ones too. Setting an App Limit will apply to all devices when that setting is turned on. Deleting the app on one device does not remove it on the others and the same App Limit will remain.

I selected to option to filter to each device and confirmed this was limited to my one device. Confirmed the app does not exist on any other device.

I suspect there may be something in the iOS that registers websites as an app? For example, I was on Nike.com for a few moments today. Seems odd screen time would register the website as the app. There’s a couple other apps that registered screen time and are not on my device. I’m testing and limiting my internet usage to try and rule out of it is the website or lingering app code.
