If you are using the default Outdoor Walk workout, your watch should record VO2 and sync it to the Health App.

In case you can not see your VO2 in the Health App, erasing the watch and paring it again as a new device, without using the latest backup helped other users. You will lose your created watch faces and will have to add you cards back to the wallet app on the watch.

Nice. Exactly what I had until Nov 01. Then nothing since. Had the update on the watch about that time. Pretty frustrating

I have the same update. It's jot the update's fault.

You didn't confirm re-pairing as New, ie without backup.

You didn't confirm that 40 minutes walk shows as 40 minutes exercise ring

Also are you getting sensible move Calories?
