Apple Intelligence no longer working.

I have the iPhone 16 E and before I updated to IOS 26 Apple Intelligence was working but now it isn’t.it keeps saying it’s downloading but nothing. Is anyone else having this same issue? Also my genmoji or visual intelligence isn’t working either
