Check subscription status on your Apple ID
On your iPhone:
Settings → Apple ID (your name) → Subscriptions
Check if Apple Music shows:

MTN has to resolve the problem for you since you are paying them for the subscription. It requires linking the subscription to your Apple Account and using that account for your Apple Music subscription. This is a common problem that MTN deals with all the time, even though many times they tell you it is not their problem so it must be Apple.
