Apple Arcade apps won’t open on iPad?

Apple Arcade apps won’t open on iPad? Every other app works fine, but when we try to open any Apple Arcade up this screen (attached below) pops up. I initially thought the servers were down or something, but we’ve tried 2 other devices, being an iPad mini 6th gen on iPadOS 18.0.1, and an iPhone 16 pro max on iOS 18.6.2 (same os version as the device that won’t open the apps), and they’ve both worked fine. The device in question is an iPad Air 5th gen. I’ve restarted the iPad, and it still displays the same screen. How can this be fixed without losing data?
