How do I delete photos on a frozen iPhone 13 with low storage?

I’m sick of my iPhone 13 which I bought around 1,5year ago. My screen freezes, messages don’t send, apps don’t open, can’t delete photos. I’m pretty sure it’s bc of my low storage capacity but I literally cannot delete pics bc they don’t want to move to the trash bin! What am I supposed to do?

You could try a force restart. Press and very quickly release the volume up button, press and very quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button for about twenty seconds. When the Apple logo appears, release the button. The timing is a little tricky, so try it a few times- you'll know you did it right if the power off slider appears, then the apple logo (keep holding the side button until the logo).
