AirPod Pro 2 very loud notifications

I've noticed this never has been fixed over the years. Has anyone else had this issue with their airpods? Notifications for things like my security camera system app and Facebook messenger notifications will DING at max volume and no matter what setting I change, it will always be at max volume when airpods are in my ears. I asked my cousin the same thing as he has the airpod pro 2 and iphone 17 pro max and it does the exact same thing to him as well. The only time it isn't at max volume is during a call or when listening to music. Just very annoying lol

Siri and System Alerts have their own volume level that is separate from your Music volume. You can only change this volume while Siri is speaking or while a notification is playing.

The Trick: Put your AirPods in. Wait for a notification to come in (or trigger Siri).
The Action: The split second you hear the "Ding" or Siri's voice, immediately press the volume down button on the side of your iPhone.
You should see a volume slider appear that has a microphone icon (or says "Siri") instead of the speaker icon. Lower this to about 50%. This volume level will stick for future notifications.
