Safari tabs are stuck on iPad Pro
When multiple tabs are open in Safari, they cannot be re-read. They are 'stuck'.
What setting should I change?
I am using an iPad Pro M2 processor

I can't do what is required on my iPad:
1. The option Separate Tab Bar doesn't exist.
2. I can't find Pointer Control.
they exists on my Mac.
