I created a domain with the address Rac*****.com, but its status has been stuck on “Pending” for a while.

Your iCloud custom domain shows Pending because not all required DNS records are published correctly. Checking the verification TXT, SPF, MX, and DKIM CNAME records at your domain registrar will resolve the issue. After they are corrected, verification usually completes within 30 minutes to a few hours.
