I use my Apple Card to pay for my Apple subscriptions, iCloud & Apple News. Should I be getting cash back from these transactions into Apple Cash? I'm not seeing anything there.

Yes, all Apple transactions using Apple Card as the payment method earn 3% Daily Cash back. Funds earned via Apple Card transactions are either applied to your Apple Cash account or Apple Savings account. A third, although rarer, possibility is Apple Cash was not setup properly and funds are being held by Goldman Sachs.
Select your Daily Cash back distribution by going to Apple Card in your Wallet app, tap 3 dots in upper right corner, Rewards & Offers > select Apple Cash or Savings.

Thank you again very much. I called Apple Support and realized that what’s happening is that the minuscule cash back amounts are being bundled into a single Apple Cash transaction. I couldn’t see them until I opened the one transaction to see the amounts broken down.
Sorry, I had a class to teach. You have to call or chat with an Apple Card Specialist. Links and info below. Yours is stuck in limbo. They’ll transfer to Apple Cash and if it’s above a certain threshold, they’ll mail a check (or at least they used to).
I believe this may be covered in the Apple Card terms & conditions.

I'll have to follow up with support if I can.
I can't find any way to get support from Apple, just articles that don't address this kind of issue. Every search for support just takes me down a rabbit hole rather than any chat function.
