Emails from Elias email not appearing in primary inbox
I created a Elias email and it said that the emails were going to be sent to my primary inbox but I do not see any of the emails from my Elias email

Forgive me, please if I'm not getting the full, clear picture.
Was this perhaps an iCloud Alias ?
You might want to access iCloud Mail in https://www.icloud.com
or
To view iCloud Mail in the Mail app
Eg: On my Mac, I went to System Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Apps Using iCloud > Turn Mail on
Do you view your Apple Mail on iPhone, iPad or Mac ?
Eg: On my Mac I have to look in the "ALL inboxes mailbox" (folder) to view messages from all the e-addresses.
