How can I send photos a folder from photo library of a birthday party ?

Where are these pictures? In Photos on your Mac? iCloud Photo should have exactly the same pictures if your Mac is signed into iCloud Photos at that account. You can't share a Folder of several albums, but you can share an album. What sort of sharing do you want?
