This issue is almost certainly caused by incorrect DNS settings at your domain registrar, specifically the MX (Mail Exchange) records which direct incoming mail. To fix this, you must log in to your registrar's DNS management page and ensure your MX records are set exactly to mx01.mail.icloud.com and mx02.mail.icloud.com with a priority of 10, while strictly deleting any old records from previous hosts like GoDaddy or Gmail to prevent conflicts.

You should also verify your SPF (TXT) record includes v=spf1 include: icloud.com ~all to prevent your emails from being blocked as spam. Once these are updated, log in to iCloud.com, navigate to Custom Email Domain settings to click the "Verify" or "Finish Setup" button to confirm the connection, and finally ensure that you have manually created the specific email address you intend to use or enabled the "Catch-All" feature so the mailbox actually exists to receive messages.
