Menu Bar not working on Tahoe 26.1

I have a triple monitor setup (macbook air and 2 external monitors) and whichever monitor is "active" the menubar in the top right (clock, battery, control center, etc.) works fine but on my other two screens its either basically see through and blinking or not visible at all. I am running Tahoe 26.1

The MacBook Air (M2, 2022) simultaneously supports full native resolution on the built-in display at 1 billion colors and one external display with up to 6K resolution at 60Hz.

MacBook Air (M2, 2022) - Tech Specs - Apple Support

If you are driving two external displays, then you're using DisplayLink or some related form of hardware+software 'hack' and that's the source of your problem. Check the website for or contact the manufacturer of the dock/dongle/whatever that you're using to connect your displays for updated drivers or support.
