Your post makes no sense. The signing of iOS is device dependent and for those that used iOS 18, the signed version is now iOS 26. The reference to iOS 7 is complete fiction for what you are trying to say. No iOS 18.6.2 is not still signed by Apple.

Where are you getting your information?
You may want to be asking a question for understanding instead of making a post with false information.
A device that ran iOS 7 would not even be able to have iOS 26 on it.
