Delete old pictures emails from iCloud
Hi how can I delete some stuff of my iCloud

Did you try to log into your iCloud account on your computer and open the apps in question, to see what can be deleted?
If your iPhone is syncing to iCloud, data like photos, mails, etc, deleted from the device should also be removed from iCloud.
You can also transfer the data from iCloud to your computer, in case you want to back it up.
