I had Apple One so far. I cancelled all services except for iCloud + 200GB. After a moment I realised that I don’t need 200GB, so I subscribed to 50GB. I only use approx 5GB as of today. Now I can’t cancel the 200GB visible in the print screen under “upcoming” section. I want to cancel it today, so that it does not start on Dec 7th. But when I tap it, nothing happens. please help.

I’m sorry, but those solutions are not relevant for my case. I am able to sign in / out of Apple ID, all other options are working, only this one - I can’t cancel for some reason. And I want to cancel now, before the subscription starts, so that I am not charged for it. Please help.
Check these possibilities:
● If an app or feature on your device is not working, not appearing, or is restricted (grayed out), a frequent reason is it may have been disabled using Screen Time, or by a technology administrator if you are using a device owned by an employer or educational institution.

Tap your Settings app > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > scroll to Accounts > tap Allow Changes and turn on.
- If the device is managed (check: Settings > General > VPN (or Profiles & Device Management), contact the technology department of the organization that is doing the managing.

To test for this, remove the VPN entirely, don’t just turn it off.
You have a family involved in your Apple One subscription. Are family members using your 200GB plan? Can you stop sharing it?
