Some iCloud data is not syncing

Some iCloud data is not syncing, or whatever it says, it’s in Spanish. I bought a new iPad for my daughter, and it was setup by the old iPad. Now I have this message that won’t turn off, and it’s driving me insane. What do I have to do, it doesn’t recognize the old code, the old iPad is wiped out and it won’t let me turn on iCloud backup on this new iPad. Should I just toss the iCloud account and create a new one or is there a way to delete all iCloud data?

Do not delete the iCloud account, as this would result in the loss of all your purchases and photos; instead, you simply need to clear the specific encryption data that is causing the sync error. The message (likely "Algunos datos de iCloud no se están sincronizando") appears because the new iPad is trying to download sensitive information, such as passwords and Health data, which remains locked by the old device's passcode.

To resolve this, tap the error message in Settings or navigate to iCloud > Passwords and Keychain, select "Forgot Passcode?" (or "¿Olvidaste el código?") and tap the red button to "Reset End-to-End Encrypted Data". While this action will delete the saved Wi-Fi passwords and Health data associated with the old device, it ensures your Photos, Contacts, and Notes are preserved and will immediately allow you to enable iCloud Backup on the new iPad.

Thanks! The message did disappeared eventually, but the data must be corrupted because it doesn’t let me turn on the passkey and password iCloud backup, the rest is turned on already. Apple support had no idea, as usual, they can’t even tell me if it can’t be turned on because it’s a minor account. I really don’t care about the data, I’m going to wipe the iPad and try to set it up as new, if that doesn’t work, I’ll just delete the iCloud account and create a new one. She’s only 9 and doesn’t have much in her iPad, yet. I’d rather do it now, than when she’s a teenager.

thanks again
