Please help my parents don’t have apple accounts but I have an iPad that in order to get games you have to send s little message.(you see where this is going) so now I can’t get/play games. SO CAN SOMEONE HELP ME.please.

You will not be charged just to download “free” games, but most of those are like vending machines or arcade games stocked with “in-app purchases” that cost real money.

An Apple account is required unless you are in the EU. If in the EU see Installing apps through alternative app distribution in the European Union - Apple Support

You will have to live in the EU in order to be able to use those marketplaces.

Well, then that is an issue for you to take up with your parents. If they can’t or won’t resolve it, or don’t want you downloading games, you will need to live without games.
