Mail app on Mac: Sender address rejected by server

I am using the mail app in Mac to send email, got this message: "The sender address ...@outlook.com was rejected by the server p23-smtp.mail.me.com." What's wrong?

The outlook account was added via the Exchange button as usual. All inbox are downloaded correctly.
