Can Not Cast Entire Screen to Chromecast after Tahoe 26.1 Update

My computer OS just updated to Tahoe 26.1. After the update, I cannot cast my entire screen from Google Chrome web browser on the a Google Chromecast. I can cast the tab, but I cannot cast the entire screen anymore. Whenever I try, it tries to connect and gives me a black screen and never connects. I don't think it's the Mac Privacy / Security Permissions or the Hardware Acceleration issue. I've seen previous users deal with similar things on different OS. I've tried their solutions and it still is not working. This appears to be new thing specially with Tahoe 26.1.
