Shortcut to change Watch Display Settings?

Is it possible to create a shortcut to change the display settings on my Apple Watch? I would like to create a one-step shortcut that will turn off "Wake on Wrist Raise", and another that would turn on "Wake on Wrist Raise". While awake and wearing the watch I like to have the watch "Wake on Wrist Raise". But when I am in bed with the watch on my wrist the watch often "wakes up" (with an annoying bright screen) as I move my arm. So now I have to go through a multi-step process to turn off "Wake on Wrist Raise" when I head for bed, then another multi-step process to turn it back on when I awake and start the day. If it is possible to do what I want, can someone explain to me how I create such a shortcut?

You cannot create a Shortcut that directly toggles “Wake on Wrist Raise,” because Apple does not allow Shortcuts to change Apple Watch display settings.

But you can achieve the same effect instantly by using a custom Focus mode, which naturally suppresses wrist-raise wake at night and restores it in the morning.

Set up a Sleep Schulde in Settings/Focus/Sleep Focus/ and make sure that under Customise Screens -> Options -> "Sleep Screen" and "Show Time" is selected.

If so, your screen will switch off during your Sleep Schedule, the display will dimm and only if you touch the display or turn the Digital Crown, the screen will light up, showing the actual time. Turning the Digital Crown will slowly increase or reduce the brightness.

After your Sleep Focus is automatically disabled, your watch will resume to work normally, until the new Sleep Schedule is activated in the evening.
