I received the below email to my gmail account and am not quite sure what this is. I obviously never accessed my gmail account through Apple so this is perplexing. Is this a phishing or scam?

This does not look like a genuine Apple email address to me. If you did not request an Account Recovery and your gmail address is not your primary Apple Account mail address, this is a scam.

Hi,
No, there was no link or phone number in the email. I copied and pasted the entire email in my first request and that is all that I received. I will send the email directly to Apple Phishing so they have a record of it.
