Unable to restore deleted Reminders list on macOS/iCloud

I accidentally deleted a Reminders list and want to restore it. The "Recently Deleted" section doesn't show the list or the items that were in the list. I have Reminders synced to iCloud, but under "Data Recovery" in iCloud I don't see an option to restore Reminders. (I did try restoring my most recent calendar archive but this didn't restore the Reminders list.) macOS Sequoia Version 15.6.1
