Wife receives messages sent to my iPhone 14

I send a photo from my photos to my phone number as an attachment so I can forward it to my computer. It's business related, nothing creepy or out of line. My wife is getting those messages, our numbers are one digit apart. This just started happening in the past couple of weeks. I checked my contact info, nowhere on the contact does her phone number appear. How is she getting texts sent to me when her contact number is nowhere to be found? I have a fairly new refurbished IPhone 14. She says the text is coming across with the same header information as before.
