How to verify if AirPods Pro 3 are real

How to verify if these AirPods Pro 3 are genuine? ( I bought off eBay and hand).

First thing the model name on settings appears as: Accessory_Model_NA

The serial number on the Left and Right bud is the same as the serial number on the box and not the SN that is showing on the settings page

when I open the AirPods case, it doesn’t show the pop- up on screen of the battery level of the pods and case

the heart rate isn’t recording

And when I opened the box, the replacement bud sizes were sticking to the paper and the mesh is stuck to the glue and came apart from the soft bud- not quality I would expect from Apple.

additionally when I made a call, the microphone was muffled.

It sounds like I’ve answered my own question but I just want to be sure I’m not missing anything.
