NGC Keychain Not Available Error Message
Hello Community, I have an Apple Iphone 15 Plus running software version iOS 18.7.2 which I recently upgraded from the older version. I have also recently performed a complete Reset of the phone to fix a headphone jack not connecting issue. Now I assume all settings and configurations of the phone would be reset to its default state. Now since the reset I've been having trouble logging into my MS Outlook Email account on the desktop web version of Outlook with my regular username and password. The issue occurs at the multifactor authentication stage (MFA) after I put in my Email address on Outlook it displays an authentication code on the screen with three numbers to choose from. Now when I open the MS Authenticator App on my Iphone I see the same window pop up with the multifactor authenticator codes displayed in a column. When I pick the correct number on the screen the following message displays: Message_NGCKeychainNot-AvailableError on a pop-up window on my iphone. I read some help articles online that this error was due the fact that the Keychain associated with my Outlook log in credentials is missing or corrupt, perhaps from me resetting and upgrading the phone to the IOS 18.7.2 version. Any help or suggestions on how to fix this issue would be most appreciated!!
Thank you for reading my post.
