Recovery of deleted photos once a factory reset has been preformed by APPLE

Hello all, my wife had an accident with her new iPhone 16 Promax. which needed replacing the screen plus the front and rear cameras.

this was done at an APPLE store, which failed to inform us that the phone could lose all 13 years of memories she had stored.

this being her 4th iPhone and never had any damage or lost it, so she has never backed it up.

is there anything that can been done.
