Pop Up with Finder wants to make changes

I keep getting this pop up twice in a row.

Whether I put in a password or not, it continues to come up every 20 mins or so.

I cannot find what files it relates to, is there a way to do this?

It is driving me crazy and interrupting my work continuously as you can't put the pop up in the back ground.

Would love it if someone could help.

Perhaps the issue may be resolved through a macOS update; yet

that might have already been done, sometimes w/o happiness.

Which MacOS version does your MBk/Pro (M1 Pro, 2021) run now?

The 'system version number' may have seen an update: To a .1 level.

That model MacBook Pro might be on the Cusp of next level update.

Some might use a newer level, perhaps macOS Sequoia 15.7.2 or

macOS Sonoma 14.8.2 maybe not newest macOS Tahoe 26.1.

There may have been an update; or even a firmware version fix.

And a place to tell if something obvious/update exists, is here:

Yet, hard to say, w/o more details along this line. ~ To know, does help!

'Helps' to provide basic information about your Kit; rather than guess.
