iOS 26.1 changes notification, text, and lock screen colors without individual edit access

After the new iOS 26.1 update, my notifications have all turned black instead of transparent. I figured out how to fix this by turning off Reduce Transparency and Increase Contrast in the Display & Text Size menu, but now my lock screen apps have all changed color along with my text bubbles in messages turning light blue. Is there any way to separate these functions so my text bubbles and lock screen can go back to normal, while also preventing my Notification Center from being a block of black bubbles?
