Email from the crypto exchange XT.com are being blocked by Apple. I assumed they are being pushed into my Junk folder, but they're not there either. I did a test and successfully received email to a GMail account, so it's clearly an Apple-related issue. The emails are originating from notification@info.xt.***. Can anything be done?

Since I don't know if you are on Mac, iPhone or iPad all I can suggest is you check the Rules on the Mac as well as
your Block Contacts which are on all three OS's.
Hello. I'm on a MacBook Air M4 running Tahoe 26.1, but I also use my iCloud mail on my iPhone and iPads. I checked my rules and they are empty and the email address isn't in the blocked contact list.
I have checked these items as well, and everything is correct. I still can't receive the email messages.
Things to check.
Your filters. Make sure they are turned off
Make sure that the Contact is in your Contacts
Junk Mail Behaviours. Use the "Perform custom actions (Click Advanced to configure)" and review the Rule that is set up in it.
