iTunes error 4007 - yes I have strong/fast connection to the internet

Error 4007, cannot sync iTunes library or update Cloud library. I do have a very strong connection. The only think I can think of is that I recently moved and updated by billing address on credit cards related to my account. I've updated everywhere I can think of, have signed out, signed in, and rebooted...


Nothing working so far.
