How to fast forward a song on AirPods 3

I have been trying to find how I can fast forward to a certain point in a song but not forwarding to the next song. If anyone can tell me how to fast forward a song on my AirPods 3 I would appreciate it.

Happy to help. These instructions may be helpful. They were copied from: Use controls and gestures with your AirPods - Apple Support. Unfortunately I cannot find any way to skip forward in a song without skipping to the next song.
