have a new mac book pro ( 24 gb 512 gb l) the Installation was made from time machine backup. Now some keys do not react : 789, uio, dkl, m,. ,They work only not under admin, second user no problem. how can this be solved? etrecheck analysis available. Thanks to all answers in advance.

That user probably has Mouse Keys enabled.
To turn off Mouse keys, choose System Preferences > Accessibility > Pointer Control.
