New Apple watch s11 digital crown not registering press.

I am now on my second brand new Series 11 42mm that has this issue. First one was sent back because Apple thought it was a hardware issue. When in smart stack or watch face sometimes the digital crown does not register a click, nothing happens but there is a press and sound. Often the second click registers. I am on watch os 26.1 and it is a little bit better than it was in the version the watch was shipped with but I still experience it a couple of times a day. It’s very annoying.

This is such a core functionality and I think if it was software related the internet would have exploaded with people reporting this, but I really can’t find much about it just a couple of threads about the s10. When talking to Apple they said it was not normal. Anyone experienced this and got a solution? I’m thinking about getting a third replacement but I’m not sure.
