Apple Watch SE activity tracking not recording data

I have a Apple Watch SE gen 2 44mm, it is fully up to date and yesterday my watch stopped recording everything on my activity app. No calorie, exercise minutes. Stand hours or heart rate, they are all just stuck at 00.

I’ve done all the recommended steps ( motion calibration, wrist detection, restarted both the watch and my phone and have unpaired and repaired my watch and phone)

the green sensor light does come on when I use the heart rate app but no reading does show up. The back sensor of the watch isn’t cracked or dirty, looks like it’s perfect condition it just won’t read any information for my activities or workouts.
