Emails reappearing and not marking as read on iPhone 16

Emails are not changing to ‘read’ and when I delete them, they are reappearing. iPhone 16, latest iOS. Problems with logging in to sites with autofill passwords not being suggested, codes not pasting from keyboard for verification purposes. Very annoying
