AirPods Pro (2nd Gen) make chirping/beeping noise

My Air pod Pros ( 2nd Gen ) have started to make a chirping/beeping noise if I touch them or pick them up.

I was just wondering if there is a setting option which I've turned on or anything so I can turn it off to stop this from happening? Thanks!
