Data recovery from iPhone with broken screen

Hello,

My iPhone 14 Pro Max LCD is broken and the screen does not respond to any touch. This happened before and I replaced the LCD, but it broke again.

I plan to buy a new iPhone. I want to ask about data recovery. Is there a way to restore data from my old phone? If I pay for iCloud storage, will it still upload my data even though I cannot touch the screen?

If the device was backing up to iCloud and has not been restarted, it should backup again when connected to power overnight. Otherwise, no recovery is possible.

Thank you. My device was already linked to iCloud, but the storage was full, so new data did not back up. If I buy more iCloud storage now, will the device update the backup on its own?
