I hadn't bought a GB and I was taking pictures on my phone that now don't want to be restored to another device and are lost. How do I get them back? I don't have a backup.

How are you trying to add photos to the other device, i.e. by cable or wireless?
When you try to add photos from your iPhone to the other device what happens?
Do you get a warning and, if so, what is it?
How much storage on your iPhone and how much is free?
The same for the other device.
