I have purchased icloud 50GB under icloud account user "ny******@gmail.com" by selecting plan 0.99USD monthly, but I dont understand why my Visa Card has been charged too many many transaction unlimited charging amount

Before you contact them, did you follow the steps in this article, to find out, for which purchases you are being charged?
