Deleted Apple ID but want the pictures from the phone
How do i get the photos off my old iphone when the Apple ID has been permanently deleted for a few years? Can I log into a new Apple ID on the phone and access them?

Removing the account will require the phone to be wiped with the Activation Lock removal request. That is the only way you would be able to log into then phone with your new Apple Account, and at that point there would be no data to be found.
